As far as binary input is concerned, aren't the '0's just as significant as the '1's?

believe me i am the lamest person when it comes to the binary system..i remember my husband and i went to sfcc when the computer first came out..ahh, we said forget this..hey, we are not ignorant people, but we didn't care..so there..haa...it truly depends where you live if people can blow you off if they think your idea is insignificant..to me i can't blow off anyone's idea..it is learning..i say if someone disregards your input..oh yeah, it does shape a person..maybe, they just can;t be open..that is significant...wow, now that i ranted..i do remember..binary zeroes and ones are significant.. of course..you think and it all works together..just like everyday life should..haa..but, good luck with that..i apoligize..i am not the expert or a genius..
