I hate her, wouldn't you? ?

I have a sister. She is 30 years old, and says that throughout my application process for college she wont help me, she doesnt owe me anything. Isnt family suppose to help family? She read a couple essays and didnt even really read them, there were still grammatical errors when i re-read them. She comes in here and yells at me that I am the cause of 95% of the fights in this house. She is cruel, uncaring, and again says she doesnt owe me anything. What do i do with this cow?
