Feminism: Is the expression of their uality a sign of their weakness?

Personally, I don't believe that expression of uality by women is a sign of weakness. However, those women might be putting too much time and effort in their looks and not enough to acquire a better intellectual capacity..IMO if a woman wants to express her ualiy she should not be looked down upon, but she should improve other areas of her life as well..
