Genie the "wild child" question?

I think she was called genie because she was living in a bottle ,, they put her in a room and never let her out,,, ever ,, she was a little off ,,,I supose thats why they did it ,,, but she knew no one ,but the feeder and cleaner ,,tied to her potty chair, she was 13 when she was found in los angelous on november 4 1970
