My daughter has high temp runny nose and rather unwell, she has been like this for 3 days now?

she has developed a dry cough now she was very sleeping for the first 2 days that has seemed to of left her now, her temp was 40 oc and with paracetamol brought it down to 38oc her temp is staying around 38oc now i contacted the doctor over the phone and has told me its probably a viral, should i be worrying about swine flu
