Any suggestions on books?

okay, I like to read books, mostly clics, like "of mine and men," "catcher in the rye" and "a clockwork orange" but i also like youthy books like "speak", and "i am the messanger" is one of my favorites. I love anything that historical, anything that is thought-provoking and profound. If any of you know books that remind you of these, would you suggest?
