i did this for one week adn it helped heaps. in one week i lost 3kg. ievery single meal that i ate i would put t in the blender. that made me see how it would look liek after i ate it and whn it woud be in my stomach. i know its gross which is the whole point. you dont eat so much and u loose your appetite but of course u have to hve a little bit. try this and see if it works. if it cant go into the blender even if u cut it up into little pieces then it simply does not belong in your stomach. hope that helped. good luck
