Is it racist to vote based on race?

Anytime color of skin decides your vote, whether you are for or against a person, it's racism. Have you heard the Howard Stern show where they sent someone out to interview people before the election on their choice for president? They would ask a black person who they were voting for, the person would say Obama. Then they would ask how they feel about Obama's strict pro-life stand, and they'd say they are 100% for it. They'd ask how they would feel if Obama won and Palin was our new vice president, they'd say they completely support it. So what's screwed our country over last night was racism. People voting on skin color without knowing or agreeing with the views within that skin color. Because of skin color, we are on our way to socialism, and billions of babies will die this year through abortion. Just cause of a skin color. Racism doesn't only pertain to the african american race, it applies to anyone who has an umption of any kind about a person because, solely or mostly, on their skin color and heritage. What would have happened last night if every voter voted for the person that they think would make the best president?
