Menopause Question?

I am 42 and 6 months ago the Doctor said I was Peri-menopausal. I hormone test came back 41.9 which he said was post menopaual numbers. i missed 5 periods and then started back having periods every month. Some times early some times late, but every month. I also have anxiety disorder. My Question is : I am living in hell on earth. I am so forgetful I can't remember what I am doing from one to the next. I have anxiety attacks almost every day now. I feel so nerves I can't keep it together. I have headaches that are so bad. I am dizzy all the time and I hurt in my back and legs. Is this menopause or somthing eles.
